Harlem Arts Council The HAC is a 501(c)(3) Non-profit art organization concentrating on low-cost community art programs.

The HAC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational organization whose sole purpose is to offer the citizens of Harlem and surrounding area a quality experience with performing, visual and historical arts. “Embracing our Past, Celebrating our present, and Promoting the future with the arts.”

All persons interested in the arts in any form are eligible to become members. It is intended that the HAC be en

titled to exemption from Federal income tax under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code and shall not be a private foundation as described in section 501(a) of the Code.
