We are Celebrating!!!!! In May 1977, a group of Harrington citizens, fresh off the celebration of the Bicentennial, came together to create the Greater Harrington Historical Society. We have come a long way in 50 years! Over the coming months we will be sharing photos, showing our humble beginnings and how we have grown.

We will be using this logo through Dec 2027, celebrating our milestone. We will be ordering special, limited edition t-shirts to celebrate this event. The cost of the shirts will be $20.00. They will be on sale at the museum starting in October, and on our online store.

And what's a celebration without a party!!!! GHHS will be celebrating our anniversary on Saturday, May 15, 2027. Program will begin at 3pm. Following the program, the museums will be open, with some goodies to eat!

So make your plans to buy your shirt early and then join us on May 15, 2027
