Uptown Popup UPTOWN POPUP is a seasonal art gallery in Harrisburg's Olde Uptown neighborhood The UPTOWN POPUP gallery is a located in transformed car garages at 2018 N.

Third Street. The gallery design mimics European open air markets and expands the access to Third in the Burg art venues into Harrisburg’s Uptown neighborhood. UPTOWN POPUP is hosted by Shamanie Daniels and The Law Office of Shamanie Daniels. Daniels is a local attorney and Harrisburg city councilperson-elect. UPTOWN POPUP is curated by Mira Johnson. Johnson is the Folklorist with Folkart PA. The event is free to the public and all pieces presented are for sale.
