We are saddened to learn of the passing of our dear friend and 2012 inductee, Gene Schwister, who passed peacefully over the weekend.

Gene will be missed by everyone in the racing community. He was a cornerstone of our local racing history and helped pave the way for many drivers in the years that followed.

Gene passed away on Sunday at the age of 86. Funeral information can be found at the link below with a full obituary to follow later in the week.

😀 Glad to have it but sad 😢 to see it go…

Thank you to our 2015 Hall of Fame Inductee Pete Ostrowski for letting us display his EWSC Modified for the last few months at the Wisconsin Auto Museum. Be on the lookout for this car during the summer at a few other local events!

Did you know!? Every car we have on display is directly related to our inductees and our mission- if you know of any surviving inductee cars that have not been on display let us know!

A few pictures from this past Saturday’s Young Racers Event. Thank you all that attended, supported this event, drivers, families, teams , tracks, and fans. Thanks to Bobby Krug and his father for making the drive and talking to the racers about building their race careers. Thanks to Eric Singer for bringing his racing simulator. It was a great day. Thanks to Streeter Super Stands/HRP - Hepfner Racing Products for always supporting this fun event. Thanks to Road America, Badger Kart Club, and Bobby Krug Racing Services for donating prizes for the racers.

ATTENTION All Racers attending the Young Racers event this Saturday!!!! Setup time is 9-10.
Please check in at the front lobby, then follow the map below on the parking/Setup process. It will help elevate the congestion on the road when unloading vehicles. Then please park your tow rig on the Far West Parking area labeled on map.
Another thing to remember- absolutely No Fuel in the race vehicles!! This is by instruction of the Hartford Fire Department.
