The Community Committee To Save The Museum will be making some major announcements in the near future. Also, we have received good news from Thomas Hudson that he has accepted our invitation to return to Henryetta for a town hall meeting. We will invite everyone to come out and learn the facts, to meet, review documents, and ask questions. As everyone knows that with in the Henryetta Historical Society there are some that have tried so hard to decieve people with the printing of libel against Mr Hudson. They also had used the mail for delivering their libel. What is significant about mailing the libel is that it was used in the enticement of people to make donations. The president of the society had even walked down the streets of Henryetta giving the printed libel out and purposely using the libel against Hudson to seek donations. Within the meaning of the law that is known as FRAUD. Using the mail in this matter is known as mail fraud. Then there is conspiracy to commit.

The Henryetta Historical Society has published in the society’s “Exchange” newsletter a article that has been determined to be libel and used for fraudulent purposes. The article was published in the November 2017 edition.

The article titled: “Historical Society explains recent problems with Territorial Museum website” had

concluded with “Sincerely, The Executive Board of the Henryetta Historical Society.” The article is in reference to Thomas Hudson who became known as The Walking Veteran with The Walk Across America (www.WalkingVeteran.com).

The team of lawyers from across the United States have reviewed the article and all have concluded that the article is libel and because of the deceit thereof and actions used to gain funding can conclude to include fraud.

The Historical Society, has been directly hand delivering the newsletter to local business. The witness continues to state that Mr. Doak, during conversation, has pointed to the article while soliciting $12,000 in donations to repair the museum. Please note that in the spring of 2017 that he submitted a bid to the society’s board of $5,000 for museum repair. The act of knowing using false and libel publication in the attempts to gain monetary advantage is fraud.

We have met with Thomas Hudson and had lengthy discussions for the purpose of our investigation. We have verified his information and have concluded that the actions thereof taken by the Henryetta Historical Society Executive Board is appalling and very alarming for the community and those who have support the museum. In the article several statements were made that is libel and misleading with the intended purpose to gain public sentiment and donations

ARTICLE STATEMENT: “Our president, Mike Doak, had paid for some of this individual’s motel stay when that person visited Henryetta earlier. Then Mr. Doak, a generous man, allowed this visitor to stay in his home, after the motel cost became prohibitive.”

HUDSON: “Upon returning to Henryetta for the induction ceremony of The Walking Veteran Wagon into the Territorial Museum Mr. Doak did pay for one-week motel stay as a sponsor by Woodmen Life. I was supposed to leave after the ceremony to return to Houston for a medical workup. This was delayed because Mr. Doak had asked me to design a new website for the museum. Then Mr. Doak had invited me to stay at his home while work was done for the museum. I spent several thousand dollars of personal money for the museum.”

CONCLUSION OF FACT: Mr Doak’s statement is very misleading to the public because he wants those reading the article to believe that Mr. Hudson was homeless and because of Mr Doak’s alleged generosity gave Mr. Hudson shelter that one may assumed that he would may not had.

ARTICLE STATEMENT: “A few weeks ago, the museum website and intellectual property therein was the victim of a hostile takeover by this same person.”

HUDSON: “That statement is totally false. The museum owns the domain name “TerritorialMuseum.net” which is registered under the museum’s account with GoDaddy. There website was on GoDaddy’s servers and was very unprofessional and did not have functional inter-reaction capabilities. Therefore, Mr. Doak had asked Mr Hudson to design a new website which Mr. Hudson had donated all cost thereof including the server space owned by VeteranHost. Mr. Hudson had registered the domain name of “HenryettaMusuem.com” for the new website and donate space on a new server to include greater capabilities. Once the new website was operational the domain name of “TerritorialMuseum.net” was redirected to “HenryettaMuseum.com.” I had pleaded with Mr. Doak and members of the board to sit down with me to learn how to operate the website portal and to take over ownership of “HenryettaMuseum.com.” This was never done leaving the actual ownership of “HenryettaMuseum.com” with me. I eventually allowed the museum preservation committee to operate the website for their purpose. Mr. Doak knows how to contact me by phone and email but has never done so. All Mr. Doak has to do is to log into their GoDaddy account and redirect the “TerritorialMuseum.net” and create a new website. In regards to using their intellectual property Mr. Daok seems to have no clue as to the laws pursuant to the use. Without payment, it is not up to me to removed anything that they had previously authorized.”

CONCLUSION OF FACT: Mr Hudson’s statements have been verified and therefore concluded that the article statement is libel.

ARTICLE STATEMENT: “We learned about background problems from former acquaintances who had documentation.”

HUDSON: “Mr. Doak had known in 2016 that there is a online group that created a fake article about me using fake documents. Mr. Doak has seen, along with many others, my real DD214 (military discharge). The matter had been discussed with Mr. Doak long before I left Washington DC to allow The Walking Veteran Wagon to be house in the Henryetta Territorial Museum.”

ARTICLE STAEMENT: “This same person went on to change the website page and used them to discredit the board members after being asked to leave Mr. Doak’s house.”

HUDSON: “Again this is another lie. The page did not belong to the museum but was created under mine Facebook account. The admins are members of this committee and have every right to publish factual and reportable mis-conduct and mis-management by the Henryetta Historical Society.”

CONCLUSION OF FACT: This was investigated and the ownership of the page was created with Mr. Hudson’s account.

ARTICLE STATEMENT: “This individual eventually dismantled the website after this person or someone directed it to an “adult” website for a period of time.”

HUDSON: “This is not true. In August of 2017 I had went to Houston, Texas to enter a hospital. While there the hospital had to be evacuated due to hurricane Harvey. After a week there I had returned to Oklahoma where I had been taken to a emergency room. Thereafter, I was transferred to a VA hospital. After two weeks I was flown to the VA hospital in Denver, Colorado for two weeks and then back to Oklahoma for another two weeks stay. While in Denver a former board member and a friend had informed me of the website redirection. Due to restraints of not having a computer with me I immediate contacted the server company to make the necessary changes. It was discovered that over a several months period that someone had hacked into the website and place malware three times. The IP numbers associated with the hacking was traced back to the Henryetta area.”

CONCLUSION OF FACT: Mr Hudson’s statement was collaborated with the company “SiteLock” who had cleaned the malware and restored the website.

In the next few days we will be reporting new allegations that have come to our attention concerning the conduct of the president, Mike Doak, of the Henryetta Historical Society. The allegations are very disturbing and alarming that a complete legal review had to be conducted before posting. Additionally, the nature of the allegations required us to make a referral to law enforcement.
Future articles coming soon will focus on libel and fraud due to a article published by the Historical Society in a newsletter. A team of attorneys from various parts of the United States have review the matter and are encouraging the person focus in the article to file litigation forthwith.

The Henryetta Historical Society, led by Mike Doak, has cross the line with scamming citizens of Henryetta and a honorable veteran. The Henryetta Historical Society had published in their November newsletter an article that refers to Thomas Hudson, The Walking Veteran. The article is a complete article of libelious statements. Civil litigation is forthcoming. Mike Doak has recently passed the newsletters out to business in Henryetta and stating that they need $12,000.00 for museum repair. Several months before the amount was $5,000.00. Mike Doak has led the community in believing that The Walking Veteran is a fake veteran and a con-man. Doak knew prior to The Walking Veteran's return to Henryetta that a group on the internet had posted false and fake documents concerning Hudson. Today, after being exposed of Museum mismanagement Doak wants to distract attention from the mismanagement to Hudson. The Walking Veteran had spent seven days a week with countless volunteer hours along with several thousand dollars of his personal money to help the museum. During that time information was discovered by Hudson that is alarming and of public concern. During Hudson's tenure he had established a youth group, The Young Historians of Henryetta and www.EmilyandLeiaShow.com. These groups had worked to establish databases for the museum and with Hudson's connections had traveled to meet with congressman and the governors of Oklahoma and Arkansas. These groups were effected by the conduct of the Historical Board, Mike Doak and his girlfriend, Robbie. The questions that all Henryettans must ask as a community is why does the entire city council doesn't want or support the museum? Why doesn't the Henryettan cover anything that is dealing with the museum? It all comes back to Mike Doak, the president of the Historical Society. Is this what you, as citizens, want for your community?

Many people have contacted the committee with disturbing information. Mike Doak, president of the Henryetta Historical Society had moved his girlfriend, Robbie Kaye Stewart Kinney, a convicted felon, and her dad into a house of a women that died in 2016.
