Simpkins Military History Museum This is a private collection belonging to Gary Simpkins. Simpkins is a veteran of the Viet Nam war. Call today for a group or private tour (309-319-3413).

Free, donations accepted. The Simpkins Military History Museum closes for the year in November for a winter break to do updates to the displays, deep cleaning, and collecting of artifacts. The Museum then resumes public hours in March. For official closing and opening dates please view our events and Facebook posts. You may also call or email for specifics of our public operation hours, private tours can always be arranged.
