The Hiddenite Arts & Heritage Center is now accepting vendor applications for the 45th Annual Hiddenite Celebration of the Arts, scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. along Hiddenite Church Road in Hiddenite.
Celebrating 45 years of art, music, heritage, and community, this year’s festival theme, “Threads of Tradition,” honors the people, skills, and stories that connect generations and preserve the rich cultural heritage of Alexander County and beyond.
The annual Celebration of the Arts draws thousands of visitors from across the region and features fine arts and crafts, live entertainment on multiple stages, demonstrations, children’s activities, food vendors, historical exhibits, and hands-on experiences for all ages.
Vendor spaces are currently available for artists, craftspeople, community organizations, food vendors, and other exhibitors whose products and displays complement the mission and atmosphere of the festival. Applications will be reviewed to ensure a diverse and high-quality event experience for attendees.
Vendor booth spaces are 10’ x 10’. Arts and crafts vendor spaces are available for an early registration rate of $65 through July 31, 2026. Beginning August 1, the fee will increase to $75 per space. Informational booths are $40 per space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, and display materials. Early registration is encouraged to secure the best rate and ensure space availability.
“For 45 years, the Hiddenite Celebration of the Arts has brought together artists, musicians, craftspeople, and community members to celebrate the traditions that make our region unique,” said Kara Smith, Executive Director of the Hiddenite Arts & Heritage Center. “We invite vendors from across the region to join us as we celebrate this milestone year and help continue a tradition that has become a cornerstone of our community.”
