Brushy Mountain Quilters Guild Membership in BMQG is open to any person with a love of quilting and the desire to learn more or share their knowledge about the Art of Quilting.

Brushy Mountain Quilters Guild was founded in 1986 by a group of Alexander County quilters. Our by-laws were officially adopted November 24, 1986. Our Articles of Incorporation were filed March 21, 1995. We qualified as a Not for Profit Corporation in the State of NC November 20, 1995 and received our Federal exemption documents July 18, 2000. Our annual information return (Form 990-N) is availa

ble for public inspection at the Internal Revenue Service website and is available for in-person inspection at any of our monthly guild meetings if this inspection is requested in writing prior to the meeting day.

Brushy Mountain Quilters Guild meets the fourth Monday night of each month at 7:00 pm in the Educational Complex of the Hiddenite Center which is located at 70 Hiddenite Church Road in the heart of Hiddenite, North Carolina.
