Join us TONIGHT for the film Iron Eagle in the aircraft galleries—surrounded by fighter jets, history, and all the popcorn you can handle.

The first flight of the F-4 Phantom II occurred on 27 May 1958.
Originally developed for the U.S. Navy, the F-4 Phantom II went on to become one of the premier fighters of the Cold War and played a major role during the Vietnam War.
During the 1960s, Hill Air Force Base took on program management and maintenance responsibilities for this aircraft.

The aircraft will be open to the public from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, giving you a chance to get up close and ask questions. Don’t miss a special presentation at 11:30 AM, where we’ll dive into the history and legacy of this remarkable helicopter.

You may have noticed… many of our exhibit signs now feature QR codes! 📱✈️
We invite you to enhance your Museum experience by scanning the codes throughout the galleries. Each one provides Spanish translations of exhibit signage and the virtual walk through (when available), making our stories more accessible to all visitors.
Next time you visit, take a closer look at the signs and see how they help bring our collection to a wider audience!
