MURAL, the Mount Utsayantha Art League, was formed to showcase the many talented artists in the region. MURAL has been organizing shows for years, in various locations, including the Cyr Center in Stamford, and our gallery on Main Street in Stamford (now closed) and in our latest gallery, a jewel of a space in the heart of Hobart, NY, the 'book village'.

MURAL is sponsoring a life drawing workshop at the gallery, 631 Main St. in Hobart, NY from July 11 to August 15, 2025. We will meet at the gallery for 6 consecutive Fridays from 10-1 pm beginning on July 11, 2025. You can attend one or all sessions. The fee is on a sliding scale from $30 to $15 depending on eligibility. All materials will be supplied and we will be working from the live model in charcoal and white chalk. Sign up is limited so get in touch with us at [email protected] to reserve a spot. This project is made possible with funds from the Delaware County Arts Grants, a regrant program of the NY State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the NY State Legislature and administered in Delaware county by the Roxbury Arts Group.
