Be sure to stop in and check out our antique cars, including Nancy Belle, and the old Reimer-Smith filling station, as well as the rest of our collection showcasing the history of Phillips County.

Just a reminder about the spring cleaning day at the museum tomorrow from 10-4! If you can make it, even if just for a little bit, we’d love to have you. We should have plenty of tools and cleaning supplies, but feel free to bring your own if you’d like.

Mark your calendars for our spring cleaning day on Saturday, May 16, from 10 AM-4 PM! We'll be cleaning inside the three buildings and cleaning up the grounds outside. If you can help at all that day, we'd love to have you join us for however long you're able to.

The 4th-graders are coming to tour the museum on Monday! We could use a few more volunteers for that day (approximately 12:30-2:00), so if you’d be willing to help supervise and guide kids around the museum, let us know!

Support your local history museum and become a member of the Phillips County Historical Society! PCHS members receive a subscription to our newsletter, have voting privileges at our annual meeting, and are eligible to serve on the board of directors. Membership funds help sponsor special activities and programs and are used to help purchase needed items for the preservation of the collection housed at the Phillips County Museum.

Don’t forget to stop by the museum during Holyoke’s Country Christmas tonight! Come take a photo with Santa and Mrs. Claus from 3-5 PM, grab some cider and cookies, tour the museum, and check out our selection of books for the history lover in your life.
