50 years ago they put a lot of labor into putting the US Army Museum of Hawaii together. We will be observing the federal holiday for Labor Day and will be closed Tuesday September 8th. We will reopen Wednesday the 9th at 10am. Mahalo

Due to a power outage the museum is closed. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will hopefully reopen Wednesday at 10am.

The U.S. Army Museum of Hawaii will be closed the 4th of July Holiday on Saturday. The official federal holiday is Friday the 3rd the museum will be open 10-5. We are sorry for any confusion.

One big happy family. The U.S. Army Museum of Hawaii had their Volunteer breakfast today at the Hale Koa’s Koko at Kalia Restaurant. We could not function properly without our volunteers. Their bright shiny faces greet all of our hundreds of visitors Tuesday through Saturday. Some volunteers do arranged tours. Also attending was the museum staff and their families. The museum store staff. Also the executive board and trustees of the Hawaii Army Museum Society and their families.
So next time you visit the U.S. Army Museum of Hawaii be sure to say hi to our volunteers.

The U.S. Army Museum of Hawaii will be closed Tuesday February 17 to commemorate President’s Day Holiday. We will reopen Wednesday at 10am. Hope to see you than.
