After nearly 15 months at the Conservation Center for Art & Historic Artifacts in Philadelphia the original deed from the 1791 sale of Graeme Park by Elizabeth Graeme Fergusson to her nephew-in-law William Smith has been returned to us. The deed was donated to us by a descendant of the Penrose family, who owned Graeme Park during the 19th and early 20th centuries.

We will be offering free tours for men 18 and older on Sunday, June 21 for Father’s Day at 12:30, 1:30, and 2:30 pm. Women are $8 and children 6-18 are $6.

Pay at the door. No reservations needed.
