Our museum is dedicated to the brave men and women throughout our country’s history who have defended our great nation, at home and abroad, that we may live in freedom. The goal of the Regional Military Museum is to commemorate their sacrifices made in behalf of all Americans - past, present, and future. We are ever inspired by the dedication of our local citizens who have so generously contribute

d to our endeavor, and to our museum staff and volunteers who have so tirelessly worked to amass, authenticate, and display our many military objects and artifacts. We strive to make your visit through our museum an enjoyable and memorable experience. Our vehicles really run, our weapons really fire, our library acts as a place of research for both family military history as well as educational instruction. Our veteran volunteers offer first-hand accounts of what it was really like to lay one’s life on the line to protect our loved ones and our way of life. We are constantly updating and expanding our collections and hope that you will return often to browse through our museum, our library, and our website.

Today, May 29, 2026, was an exceptional day. As we gathered to honor the founder, CJ Christ, of the regional military museum, we reflected on his many accomplishments and the impact he had on so many lives and our community. The military ceremony was a beautiful tribute and a fitting farewell. I know that the family was very appreciative and deeply touched by the attendance, outpouring of respect and support. One of the highlights was the flyover by two F-15 jets, an awe-inspiring sight that added a special significance to the day. Ours sincere thanks to everyone who participated and helped make the ceremony such a success. It was a remarkable sendoff for a remarkable individual.

We wish to express our sincere condolences to family and friends. It truly was wonderful that the tribute came together so successfully.
