Artist Spotlight:
“The Opening”

This installation resembles a diorama with its background blank, symbolizing a departure from traditional painting norms and depicting a dismantling of the assurance of the truths or ideas that were previously held.
The characters formally dressed symbolize a transition to a new state of existence, rejecting their past and breaking free from the restraints of identity, embracing a sense of uncertainty and change. The ceremony celebrates marking the end of the relationship between the figure and its background.

Martin y Sicilia’s works will be on display every weekend until July 14 at Rudolph Blume Fine Art in the collaborative show with “Suit and Jacket”
