Hey neighbors, we're doing a soft launch of our site to see what bugs we have to work out. To start, we don't have a lot of eggs yet but it should be ramping up. We ask you only make 1 purchase per order so we can get enough for others who need some this week. Another big question: where will we be delivering? Since Houston just put a Stay At Home and we believe allowing trips for grocery, errands, and deliveries, we're hoping our deliveries/pickup of eggs would be fine also. We can deliver to areas surrounding Midtown, like downtown, some of EaDo, Montrose, Museum District, 3rd Ward, etc.

Don't forget, you'll need to purchase the reusable egg carriers that we 3D print and use with each order. They would be exchanged with next orders so we can keep them cleaned and reused.

Oh and be sure to signup to our site newsletter and we'll send you a coupon code for Free Delivery on your first order.

We're also wanting to talk to others in the Houston area who can provide eggs for delivery/pickup in their neighborhoods. Please contact us.

To create a reusable and hygienic solution for eggs, we went with a simple yet innovated 3D design for egg carriers. This is a timelapse of the printing process which takes about 4hrs just to print 3 units (holds 6 eggs). We can wash them and expand them from 2 eggs (1 unit) or as much as we want really.

We're thinking of starting up the Cooking Classes at Mosley Court again with our good friend Cj. This time he suggested we cook a Tikka Masala dish... Space is limited to a total under 10 people (already have about 4-5 committed). This will be Wed Oct 16th around 7/7:30PM, bring $15 (includes all ingredients, supplies, CJ's time, and we're hoping to get some nice alcohol paired with the dish).
