New project underway. The slim design is for a restroom, and the other piece is part of a four-panel series for a music studio. The next panel will complete the tree design. Since it's east-facing, additional jewels and bevels were included.

This one installed today to go over a bathtub. "Stunning!' was her reaction. Love it! She's placing her order for another 6 panels for the third phase.

Love it when my clients send photos of the work installed. This was for a 100 year old house in Long Beach that had old glass in the living room with the same colors in Wissmach.

We added a simpler version of the panels installed in the church to two offices. Privacy was needed. The centers are a grid without rondels and there are fewer jewels in the borders. The icons between the panels on the church have been installed and most of the pews ( from Egypt) have been delivered. It’s still a work in progress but every time I’m there, I see new layers adding to the decor. There are still 20 or so tall windows in the school that may be done with the simple design as funding allows.

First projects of the new year. New door lights. The little one is going into a little 1960’s house on Costa Mesa. I was glad the client decided to do something new instead of fix the little ugly insert she had before. The larger one is for a 100 year old craftsman house in Belmont Shores. After a fall on Christmas, I’ve taken some time off; it sure feels good to be back on my feet!

It’s so very nice to be appreciated. This panel was delivered some time ago. The client wanted me to come see it installed. ‘You must see it! It’s a masterpiece!’ I stopped by yesterday. He did a major remodel on his home and put together a beautiful before-and-after book to document it. The bird is painted and I used some silver stain for some subtle leaves. It helps set a peaceful tone in the courtyard

This is a note he wrote:

Dear Maryann,
It is probably a year or more since we last communicated, so I thought I should reach out and show you the finished product. The rebuild is completed and I have moved in. The revitalized property has been transformed beyond my wildest expectations.
The space defined by the oval window was formerly a breakfast nook now transformed into a powder room. The stained glass/seeded window is beautiful in both daylight and night time.
If YOU would like to come for a visit, you are most welcome. Just give me a couple of days/times that work for you. I am very flexible.
The next time you speak with your client on Orchid St. in old CDM, please tell her that it was her home and the sea shell oval that gave me in the inspiration for our application.
I enjoy your artistry daily.

With appreciation,

Loren Pannier

2025 was a busy year! From the 27 windows that went into a beautiful new church in Irvine to some itty bitty jobs, it kept me on my toes.
We hadn't done much with bevels for awhile, but a repeat client has me working on a third home. More to come for her next year.
The little triangle with the goat was actually made a few years ago, but I hadn't seen it installed until I happened on it while out in Catalina this year.
Lots of roundels this year, (hats off to Monarch Glass Studio for supplying me with beautifully made pieces!) Here's recap of what was installed this year!

Happy New Year!

The entry glass is all in, just a little wood trim to be done. 3rd home I’ve done for this client; she’s a big fan of bevels. Mission Viejo. Woodwork by Golden State, fabrication by Evertin. Designs by me 😀

Day one for a new entry installation. The door and sidelight should be in tomorrow.
