Happy Memorial Day to everyone! The sacrifice made by our Fallen over many, many generations still boggles my mind. You gave your lives so we could enjoy ours. There needs to be a word much bigger and more intense than "thank you" to be reserved for their actions. In the meantime, while we search for that word, Thank You to them and their families for their sacrifice.

Here's a new piece we drew on Saturday. From concept to lay-out to finished artwork took only 8 hours. Straight. That was the fastest we've ever worked! It was made for a dear friend who had a milestone of a birthday and loves the sport of fencing. Hellow Peeps,

It's great to be back! :) Since the new Star Wars movie is right around the corner, we've been on a bit of a Star Wars kick lately. So here's the first of a few pieces we're making. This one is called "I know" and it's of our favorite scoundrel Han Solo and his main squeeze, the lovely Princess Leia Organa. They've gotten a wee-bit shorter (and wider) as the years have passed but they're still in love and argue quite a bit. Allow us to introduce Knot Two Brave, the biggest scaredy-cat on the Kansas plain. He thinks he's very brave but even a little baby snake with a rattle can rattle his cage.

This fella on a 3" X 3" Post-it™ note is the second of two drawings we will be showing at the upcoming B-Minus Studios Post-it™ Exhibit. Its a very fun idea, the entire exhibit is comprised of artwork done on 3" X 3" Post-it™ notes. The exhibit will take place at B-Minus Studios - Santora Arts Building 207 N. Broadway, Santa Ana, CA 92107 and will run Nov. 29 - Dec. 27, 2014. Its going to be a blast so come on down and support your local artists.

Knot Two Brave will be there and waiting to be purchased but please don't bring up the subject of snakes. That wouldn't go over too well with him. ;)

This is Chief Kansas City - he and the turkey on his head are fearless (except when it comes to horses and honestly, the little hobby horse is about as much as he can handle).

Hellow Peeps,

This is the final piece that we used to make "The Line-up". This is Moe Frankenstein. You'll have to forgive Moe as he is perpetually annoyed and angry at hitting his head on doorways when entering or exiting anything. Moe is usually a very nice guy but when he repeatedly bumps his noggin he gets a upset as was the case of the rainy day and the small taxi cab. Suffice it to say, the cab was ripped to shreds, Moe was "unhappy", and this is how things turned out... This photo is courtesy of the Sing Sing Correctional Facility NYSDOCCS.

MOE! Just duck a little before you enter or exit anything. Its not rocket surgery…
