Need a hand getting your preservation project off the ground?

Idaho Heritage Trust is now taking applications for our new SPRING HERITAGE GRANT CYCLE. This is ideal for projects that are best completed during the summer months (roofing, facade work, brick and mortar repair, windows, et.), allowing you to get to work sooner. The deadline for the Spring cycle is April 30th, so get your letter of intent in soon!

The eligibility, criteria, and requirements are the same as our usual Heritage Grants, and you can find more information on all that and more at https://www.idahoheritagetrust.org/our-work/fund-your-project/.

For those that need a bit more time, our Fall grant cycle will run as usual, with the deadline for those applications falling on September 30th.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns to [email protected].

Erin McQuivey, of Bill’s Island, won the quilt raffled by the Island Park Historical Society.

Marty Terrell, longtime board member of the IPHS began working on these quilts before her death in 2021. Marty left many unfinished projects. Sandy Soriente and Nancy Olson have worked to finish those projects. They have either been passed on to friends of Marty’s or used to raise thousands of dollars for various nonprofits in the community. Marty loved Island Park and was an active and vital member of many community groups.
