Jacksonville is now one of just 10 cities in the world to achieve LEED for Cities Platinum certification, the highest rating possible.

As part of the LEED team’s time in Jacksonville, they visited PHXJAX to learn more about the work happening in the district and our approach to regenerative placemaking.

We shared how the transformation of underutilized spaces can go beyond redevelopment, creating places that support local culture, creativity, economic opportunity and long-term community vitality.

We’re proud to be part of a city thinking intentionally about how the places we build and restore can contribute to a stronger, more resilient Jacksonville.

We’re offering a limited opportunity for local, aligned neighbors who share our vision of a thriving regenerative community to bring their own vision to life within these walls.

Starting September 13, we’re kicking off our Official Jacksonville Jaguars Watch Parties with a FREE block party at PHXJAX.

Watch the Jags take on the Cleveland Browns on the big screen, plus food trucks, local vendors, bounce houses and more throughout the district.

Kickoff is at 1 PM
PHXJAX | 2335 N. Market St.

Free to attend. Bring your chairs, blankets, and the whole family, and come watch the Jags with us.

And just to be clear: September 13. Not this Friday!

More than a century ago, The Phoenix was constructed as a warehouse supporting the city’s growing manufacturing and automotive economy. The building still carries the features that make historic industrial architecture so distinctive — exposed brick walls, original heart pine timber framing, and expansive windows that have endured through decades of change.

Buildings like this are difficult to replicate, built with materials and craftsmanship that have become increasingly rare. This is a rare opportunity for local, aligned changemakers to take ownership of a piece of Jacksonville’s history — and shape what it becomes for the next generation. Bring new ideas, new businesses, and new connections into the district, and help ensure this legacy stays rooted in the community that calls it home.
