It was an honor to be the Juror for the 46th Annual NW Artists Exhibition. Not an easy task, as there were so much thoughtful and passionate artworks submitted. (View images of the selected works) I approached the process with great care, looking for authenticity, originality, and that intangible quality that makes a piece stay with you. I highly recommend seeing this exhibition in person if possible! I am pleased as well to present my sculpture and paintings in ‘Being in the Abstract’ exhibition. The exhibitions close August 27th.

I’m honored to present “Being in the Abstract” — a solo exhibition of my sculpture + paintings at Wilkes Art Gallery in N. Wilkesboro, NC —July 18th - August 26th — Opening Reception and Awards July 18th, 5:30 - 7:30.
The exhibition coincides with my role as Juror for the 46th Annual Northwest Artists’ Exhibition — a meaningful opportunity to celebrate and support fellow artists in our region. Hope to see you there!

He was always there for me—as a big brother, mentor, and healer—helping me through some challenging times with his mind-body healing techniques, kindness, and love. He was deeply supportive of my art and spoke about it with great insight and enthusiasm.

Everything Arises from Awareness is a wonderful book filled with valuable perspectives on healing, the mind-body connection, happiness, and self-discovery. It’s the kind of book you can open to any of its 325 pages and discover something meaningful, thought-provoking, or inspiring. 🌀One of the greatest joys of being an artist is having a Solo Exhibition. It’s more than just seeing my work beautifully displayed — it’s about creating an experience. I especially love having viewers walk around my sculptures, explore their shapes, colors, textures, and movement, and discover their own meaning within the art.
