Yay Kelpie!!!

Meet our final horse, "Kelpie!" Residing at our very own Kingsport Carousel, she was sponsored by Engage Kingsport and painted by local artist Michelle Hamilton of .

More about Kelpie: Kelpies are mythical horse-shaped creatures which typically live in the water—ours is taking to the skies! Can you guess what flying insect she is painted with? Here’s a hint: we watch them change from caterpillar to chrysalis to their final form every year at the Kingsport Carousel! They’re magical, just like Kelpie!
