Jorge Leyva features a most impressive professional journey that commenced at the Missouri Southern State University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Visual Arts and Performing Arts and was a member of the dean’s honor roll and president of the Art Leagues as well. He advanced his training with a Master’s of Art Degree in Painting and Drawing from Pittsburgh State University wher

e he was also awarded a Phi Kappa Phi national honor society membership and an excellence scholarship award. Jorge Leyva further obtained his Master’s Degree of Fine Arts in Painting from the California State College, where he also served as member of the President’s circle. In 2013, he was made a member of the Missouri State Business Network as a result of his phenomenal performance in the art field. Jorge is also involved in community service as Board Member of Spiva Center for the arts. He is also the cofounder of the Joplin Regional Artists Coalition and member of the Joplin Rotary Club and Joplin Church Alive.
