Welcome to our . To speak for an item, please say the code word ( HOT )& the item number. We will call the first person who comes in on our end DURING the live. We always try to grab a screenshot if multiple people try to speak for the same item.
If you haven’t purchased previously please read this message & then send your shipping address to the page on messenger. If we do not receive your shipping address within 48 hours we will ban you from the page.
You are expected to pay for any item you speak for. Please do not speak for items before the price is mentioned if you’re not sure if you will be able to pay for them. There is a 20% restock fee for any item that is spoken for & not paid for.
We send a list, followed by a photo of your items, & after that we will send a billing message with a Square link for payment. Square is a payment processor similar to PayPal with several payment options & no need to download anything. This process may take a few days as we send the lists and photos and figure shipping for every customer before we start sending bills.
There is a 50 cent payment processing fee. Payment in USD is expected within 72 hours of receiving the billing message, if this is not possible please reach out and let us know within the 72 hour window. If we don’t hear from you within 72 hours we will return your items to our inventory.
Shipping costs are not included in item pricing. International shipping can be expensive. Please check shipping rates before speaking for items if you do not live in the US. We ship using USPS Priority most of the time. We cannot guarantee the shipping process, we will give you the chance to add insurance before we ship if you want.
We do our best to correctly identify rocks & minerals, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
