The Kaleva Art Gallery is an artist cooperative with over 20 members. The Kaleva Art Gallery is a cooperative gallery that features more than 20 local artisans.

If you are looking for mementos or functional gifts, this is the spot. We carry hand sewn quilts and throws, mittens and scarves, plus paintings and local photography. We also have many types of jewelry, some made with stones found locally, hand made paper and some lovely mosaics. Kaleva Michigan apparel and Finnish souvenirs can also be purchased here.

Our next ATC meeting is Saturday,May 23 from noon to 2pm. Here are some things we did in April. Notice that they aren't all trading cards! In April we did collage, come and find out what we'll do in May!
This is a time and place to create and have fun. We have some supplies that you are welcome to use, but you can also bring your own.

We still have openings our Craft Show the third weekend in July. We will be in town, in front of the gallery while lots of other events happen in the park. The car show will also be back in town, right around the corner from the craft show. Stop in at the gallery to pick up an application, or email [email protected] and I'll send you a pdf.

We are open today(Friday April 3)from noon to four, Saturday from ten to four and closed Sunday for Easter.

Kelly Wysocki will be our featured artist for the month of March.
Kelly says "I make small mixed-media collages, using different types of inks and paints to make textured backgrounds. I then add cut or torn paper, printed images and found objects. Most of my work has nature as the central theme, but there are personal meanings within them. I like to use art as a way to connect with others. The stories they tell are universal: themes of joy, struggle, relationships. All are ready to hang, protected with a coat of acrylic sealer. "
