In honor of George Floyd, whose funeral is today, and in recognition of how Black art embodies the spirit of "Black Lives Matter," the following images have been selected in solidarity with Kansas City Black artists.

Collect Level stands in solidarity with our BIPOC community working toward lasting change.

We are committed to ELEVATING the voices of more BIPOC artists.

We believe in the power of art to initiate lasting CHANGE.

We are AWARE that overwhelmingly art history in academia emphasizes the importance of art produced by white men.

We will continue to EDUCATE ourselves and increase our awareness of systemic racism and biases in the interest of equity.

We believe art's great PURPOSE is to examine accepted social constructs in order to expand the consciousness of its witnesses.

We understand that this is a journey. We are here to serve and are committed to the long haul, which means working toward a future that we cannot fully envision because our framework was constructed by and for the protection and enrichment of a few. We respectfully request and hope for the guidance of our BIPOC community while we imperfectly take one step at a time toward a future that serves YOU in a more equitable fashion.

The profits from the sales of this ongoing exhibition will be donated to a list of groups and non-profits serving the BLM movement, immigrant populations, and justice reform.
