I can't say that Bob Ross was exactly my inspiration for this watercolor...but "happy trees" are "happy trees"!

THANK YOU, Hildreth Lutheran Church, for letting me be a part of your fun History Wall! Three churches combining into one. A walk down memory lane for years and years of commitment to God's preservation and love.

Commissioned: 3 pencil sketches with charcoal coloring of the 3 original churches. Then 1 large sketch of the current church!

And another fun Hildreth project. The Kruse family farm home in watercolor.

Maybe your church, family farm, business would enjoy a memory making project? Give me a shout! I just love projects like this because history (your story) is important to preserve!

Oh my!! I have worked about 3 months on this...off and on. And edits take additional drying time with oil paints. Its a good thing you can edit oil paintings-unlike watercolors. However, if you are a perfectionist it can be a bad thing! I keep wanting to do things over and over!

Do you know where this lake is? Have you been fishing here?
