I just finished custom framing this beautiful giclee print, “Delacroix Dance”, signed and numbered by Mickey Asche. The customer also purchased the print from me, and I have several other equally beautiful prints by the same artist as well. I chose a deep navy mat to match the shadows in the print, and a dark gold and soft black simple frame. I love the way this one turned out.

This custom framed piece was a Mother’s Day gift to the matriarch of the family. They even had her photoshopped into their print to further surprise her. And the little cardinal at the top of the print symbolizes the Dad, who had passed. We chose a rich textural wood toned frame and a neutral white matting. I tried to take a photo without glass glare, but it’s way too sunny and bright today, which I’m not complaining about after our last couple of weeks of rainy weather.

I just finished custom framing this vintage 1976 Mistick Krewe of Comus Mardi Gras Carnival Ball invitation. I floated the pieces on a rich chocolate suede matboard to make them stand out, and chose an ornate rustic frame with gold and bronze colors. I love how this came out!
