Big news! Starting tomorrow we’ll have a limited supply of fresh baked mushroom focaccia bread from on Fridays! It’ll be in the store by 1:30pm so stop in tomorrow for some bread for the weekend and grab some .co mushroom soup to go with it!

Look what is growing in our mushroom exhibit - Chestnut mushrooms. We have them fresh in the cooler by the pound or 3 lb box. They are also in our 3 lb combination box today. A slightly sweet and nutty flavor with a meaty consistency- delicious sauteed or roasted.
