Greg St.John’s current exhibit “Traces of Time” continues with Artist Talk. We’re pleased to announce a special event featuring acclaimed artist Greg St. John for an exclusive artist talk and Q&A session. This intimate occasion, scheduled for October 18th at 3pm at The Good Gallery, Kent will offer art enthusiasts a unique opportunity to delve into the creative world of the Kent-based painter, known for his compelling works that capture the subtle changes of the local landscape. Tim Good, Gallery owner will moderate the conversation with St.John about his influences, path and techniques.

Her work combines line and color and draws inspiration from her architectural background as well as her more recent Connecticut based natural surroundings.

After a prolific year of exploring the medium, artist Robert Lenz will be hosting a talk at the gallery to share his knowledge of egg tempera painting. Though new to Lenz, egg tempera is a centuries-old technique that uses egg yolk, pigments, and layering to create luminous, lasting works. Join us next weekend for a special event designed for artists and art enthusiasts alike. Saturday June 28th at 3pm at The Good Gallery

✨Honored to have worked with the to frame the powerful works of Kay Sage, presented alongside pieces by Georgia O’Keeffe in the exhibition Modern Women.🎨

“Modern Women: Georgia O’Keeffe and Kay Sage places the work of these two pioneering female artists in conversation with each other.”

From the careful framing of each piece to the thoughtful curation of the space, it’s been incredible to see how these works come to life in such a dynamic setting. Being involved in this exhibition has been a unique experience, and we are grateful to have been a part of it.

The Good Gallery was honored to be a part of the launch of the Firefly Environmental Arts Project hosted by the Millbrook School, Millbrook NY. The mission statement “Finding Inspiration, Hope, and Sustainability in Nature”
Eight schools in the region participated, exhibiting a range of artworks inspired by the cause of focusing on our natural environment.
