Applications are available for our 2027 Community Arts Support Program. https://www.kentwa.gov/departments/kent-parks/arts/community-arts-support-grant

Deadline: Friday, October 9, 5 p.m.

Eligible applicants include arts and cultural organizations of all sizes, including professional and community-based groups; independent artists; and community groups involved in arts activities. Proposed projects must take place in Kent or the Kent School District service area and must serve and be accessible to the residents of Kent.

Calling all Washington state artists! Our friends at 4Culturehave an open call on behalf of Regional Animal Services of King County (RASKC).

They are seeking artists to create work for the community RASKC serves. One Washington state-based artist will be commissioned to create two-dimensional designs for a new state-of-the-art animal shelter right here in Kent!

This project celebrates the human-animal bond and RASKC’s role in supporting pets and people.
