Please help us in congratulating Hatters Beverage Company on being May’s Chamber Member of the Month.
Owned by Bryson and Karina Roberts, Hatters Beverage Company grew out of a desire to create something meaningful for the Kingsville community. After exploring other ideas, they found themselves asking a simple question, “How can we serve the community?” which ultimately led them to open a local coffee shop.
After years of relocating due to military service, Bryson and Karina were ready to settle down and become part of a community. Choosing Kingsville gave them that opportunity, and opening Hatters became their way of giving back to a place they truly appreciate.
At the heart of Hatters is a focus on people. As they shared, “we might be the only good thing about someone’s day,” a mindset that shapes how they serve every customer who walks through their doors. From remembering names to sharing conversations, their team works to create a positive and welcoming experience.
Behind the scenes, the business is a true family effort. Karina runs the daily operations of the shop, while Bryson supports the team and helps keep everything moving. Together, along with their staff, they have built something that reflects both their dedication and their appreciation for the community.
Hatters has quickly become known for its signature “White Rabbit” drink, along with other favorites. As they continue to grow, they are looking ahead to new offerings and additional ways to give back locally.
This recognition comes during National Small Business Week, a time to celebrate the small businesses that invest in their communities and make a lasting impact.
The Roberts family also shared their gratitude with the community, noting that Hatters would not be what it is without the support of their customers. They added that their faith is an important part of their journey, sharing, “we would be nowhere without our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ… Jesus loves each and every one of you, and so do we.”
As they approach their one-year anniversary, Hatters Beverage Company continues to be a place where community comes first. The Chamber is proud to recognize Bryson, Karina, and their team for the positive impact they are making in Kingsville.
