So pleased with this image captured on a recent visit to Bellevue Botanical Garden. I'm afraid I've fallen in love with this one, I can't stop staring at it. I'm definitely going to make a statement size metal print out of this one.

Yesterday was my first public art show. What an experience.

I had the chance to share my photography, talk with people who love images as much as I do, and even send some pieces home with new friends. The interest, encouragement, and enthusiasm meant a lot.

I’m grateful to everyone who came out to see the work, to those who picked up art for their homes, and to the friends who pitched in with setup and takedown. Couldn’t have done it without you.

It was a good reminder of why I do this — art connects us. Looking forward to what’s next.

🎉 Win a Metal Print! 🎉

I’m excited to announce my first-ever public showing of my fine art photography at the Juanita Friday Market on Friday, August 29 (3–7 PM, Juanita Beach Park in Kirkland).

Here’s the fun part: everyone who signs up for my (very occasional) email newsletter at the market will be entered into a drawing for a metal print of one of my images.

At my booth you’ll also find:
