We will continue to represent Rose’s work and display pieces in other areas of the building!

Sold! We are so happy that our friends Mariah and Chris Erickson and their family get to enjoy Rose Umerlik’s “move and flow” in their home for many years to come!

We are closed today, January 30th in solidarity with the national strike. We will be back next week and will be donating 10% of all painting sales during the month of February to the Immigrant Legal Advocacy Project (ILAP).

Happy new year friends and art lovers! We are happy to be displaying ‘s beautiful work not only in the gallery but also around the office. We love the interest and inspiration her works bring to all types of spaces! The gallery is open Wed-Fri 10-4 through the winter (with weekends on occasion and by appointment) and you are welcome to check out the entire building and additional paintings throughout the spaces - come on by!

Opening 3 Walker Contemporary has always been about expanding the spirit of WINTER HOLBEN—our belief that art, design, and place are deeply intertwined. Creating a space where those ideas could live together felt like a natural extension of our practice and a way to share the creative energy that inspires our work every day.

Choosing Rose Umerlik as our first artist was an easy and heartfelt decision. I’ve loved her work for years—her paintings lived in my home and even in our very first office at Wallingford Square. There’s something extraordinary about how her pieces inhabit architecture: the layers, the depth, the shifting interpretations each time you look. They change with light, with mood, with energy.

And beyond her incredible talent, Rose is simply a wonderful human—steadfast, authentic, and deeply rooted in the Seacoast community. It feels right to begin this new chapter with someone whose work and spirit have been part of my own creative journey for so long.

Here’s to the start of something beautiful at 3 Walker Contemporary. ✨
