I had a small idea a couple years ago to design/print a series of music genre signs using wood type from my collection. Next came a list of all the genres that I could think of. Currently the list has over 90 (and growing) names as well as complementary phrases.
As of this month I’ve printed editions of 12 genres and 2 phrases from this Sound Sign series. The plan is to add atleast one a month for…..a while.
