Back to finishing two book projects.
One about the Maxwell Land Grant and one about the Spanish Peaks area just north.

Did you know Luci Baines Johnson once enjoyed a visit to Red River skiing when her dad, LBJ, was POTUS?
Skied at Powder Puff Mountain and had dinner at the Alpine Lodge.
Evidently a huge entourage of Secret Service agents join d her.
Went "ski-doing", too. A new sport in the mountains.
Lester Lewis tells about the visit in his book and Ilse Woerdle tells about it in a historic video. It's mentioned on two pages of y "Rainbows & Echoes" book.

The "Rainbows & Echoes" book shows you really do care.
$1 per book sold in bulks of 1-25 will be donated to the Red River Historical Society.

Time to stock up for the summer season
Orders placed by May 22 will be delivered ready to sell by June 5.
Books are packaged in unsealed plastic bags so you can add your business brochure or organizations info for future reference.

Have a group that just spent a $1000 on a stay at your property?
Send them a book with a thank you note about their visit.
Bet they'll be back to see you again!
