Angry Gnome Journals Now Available
(A Seriously Silly Series)

Meet the Angry Gnomes- grumpy, opinionated little characters with far too much personality for a notebook. Each lined journal features an Angry Gnome painting on the cover, bursting with humor, mischief, and just the right amount of chaos.

These gnomes smoke ci**rs, side-eye goldfish, brood dramatically, and generally act like they know something you don’t, and they’re not impressed. They’re here to guard your thoughts, judge your to-do lists, and silently question your life choices while you write.
Every cover features the artwork by Jody Goldston, painted with acrylic and a healthy dose of absurdity. The Angry Gnome series is created in Jody’s studio, Angry Gnome Art, located in Huntsville, Alabama at the historic Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment, where whimsy and fine art happily misbehave together.

Here is a recent 36x36 inch acrylic painted by me, Jody Goldston in my studio here at Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment! It's currently on display at Nitro Tales in Providence. I hope that you can make a trip out to see it!
Luna Moths are a subject that I paint often and people sometimes ask me why. For me, Luna Moths are like visitors from a softer world. They are creatures that live briefly yet leave a lasting impression, gliding silently through the night on pale green wings like windswept leaves touched by moonlight. They symbolize transformation, quiet persistence, and the beauty of fleeting moments, reminding us that not everything meaningful is meant to last forever. I for one am grateful for all those beautiful moments slipping away on silent wings.
