So glad Sister Shirley White and the usher boards of the First North Georgia Baptist Association churches came by the Walker County African American Museum and Multicultural Center. Several were from Chattooga County's New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. It was two hours of glorious fun. We greatly appreciate the teenage young lady who assisted us with the iPad Kiosk and oral history computer. Stevie Hairrs conducted an excellent tour. This has been a busy three days for tours. Lashai Natashia conducted an excellent private tour on Thursday for a group from North Carolina. We invite you to tour our center. We're open Fridays and Saturdays, 1pm to 5pm, and by appointment. We have the 24-hour Free Little Art Gallery and solar-audio story box. Donation for tour is $10 for adults and $1.00 for ages 18 and under. 309 N. Main Street, Lafayette Georgia.
