As a New Orleans French Quarter artist-musician and Lafayette native /resident Will Page finds inspiration in almost everything and every person he meets in this unique and culturally diverse community. Whether it's a salvaged door or window from a Katrina flood ravaged home, or a table cloth from a local restaurant such as Brennan’s or Antoine’s that he stretches, protects and frames himself. His
art is from the love of the City that has his heart. Most of his paint and materials are from "The Green Project", a local NOLA art and building recycling center. Will Page has always broken out of the box as to his life. While majoring in Broadcast Journalism and History in college and then being stationed in Biloxi, Ms. while serving in the United States Air Force the call of Crescent City came to him. And soon, he found himself living and singing down on Bourbon Street. From the night life to the seduction of the city, Page soon found himself painting the secrets of The Big Easy by day and emceeing-singing by night. Today, he is a full time artist and splits his time as owner of "Bargain Barn Antiques and Will Page art gallery" in Lafayette, La. located at 1426 Eraste Landry Rd., a studio in the New Orleans French Quarter, one in Nashville and a quiet cabin hide away on the Atchafalya Basin. He also contributes to local and regional charities such as the New Orleans ASPCA, The NOLA Aids Foundation and New Orleans CASA Fund-raiser (CASA…Child Appointed Special Advocate), The Wounded Warrior Project and Cajun Woodstock benefiting St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
