With everybody focused on the turkey I found a yellow sticker six plus pound chicken.
Cooked it up on a bed of parsnips and turnips with smoked apple slices tucked under the breast skin. Stuffed full of fresh garlic and thyme.
The bird is cooked.
Now about those 'spicous little cabbages on a stick...

The Keep has no fancy air conditioning. We don't mind the condition of the air most days.
We are apt to move it for our benefit though.
The fans are on today.

Pretty cool how it never got above twenty five today but the snow all melted anyhow.Bring it on!
