Announcing Sam's latest print! "Liquid Dreams" was just released and it shows that Sam still has it! Although it's been about two years since Sam painted an original, his talent is as amazing as ever. He's been enjoying the leisurely Florida life but when Jon Brown commissioned him to do a painting of Jack Brown's Seaplane Base, he picked up his brushes and got to work creating his aviation art magic.
Look closely at this chock-filled painting and you'll see the attention to detail and realism that made Sam famous. Jack Brown's Seaplane Base is also famous for training seaplane pilots in the Winter Haven location that launched in 1963. The Base has a reputation for excellence and has trained over 22,000 pilots from all over the world who chased after their "Liquid Dream."

We recently sold the original of "Shadows and Mist" to a loyal fan of Sam's work. This is the second original that Bob Dalzell couldn't resist. When his framed original arrived at his home he wrote us: Dear Sam and Mindy: "Shadows and Mist" arrived in perfect condition and prettier than I remembered! It and "Cross Country Champ" (his other original) greet me every morning and spark joy on my way to work. Thanks for letting me be their caretaker.

Our hearts and prayers go out to the family of Greg Connell who was killed in a plane crash during the PDK airshow and open house yesterday. Greg was the man behind Greg Connell Airshows and he was performing aerobatics at the Atlanta airshow.
