Michael Dezer announces the grand opening of the new Hollywood Cars Museum & Liberace Garage in Las Vegas. Michael Dezer, one of the world’s foremost car collectors, has opened the 25000 sq. museum just off the Strip that houses vehicles that have appeared in more than 100 films, TV shows and videos. Newly added, at no additional charge is the Liberace Garage featuring several amazing vehicles an
d some personal artifacts owned by the world-famous entertainer. The museum is now home to many James bond vehicles including the Lotus Esprit Submarine Car driven by Roger Moore in the 1977 film, The Spy Who Loved Me, Batmobiles from both TV and film adaptations, Doc Hudson’s hornet from the animated Pixar film, Cars, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang from the movie of the same name, the back to the future Delorean Time Machine, the Knight Rider pursuit car (1 of 2 in the world,) Herbie the Love Bug, Bonnie and Clyde’s death car replica from the movie, and stunt vehicles from the first Fast and Furious series, (including Green Mitsubishi Eclipse that was driven by the late Paul Walker). Visitors can also see cars from TV shows such as, The A Team, Hardcastle and McCormick, Starsky and Hutch’s Grand Torino, the coffin dragster from the Munsters, and the General Lee from Dukes of Hazards. There are three Flintstones cars including Fred’s family car, Fred’s sports car and Barneys log car. Visitors can get their photos taken in the Flintstones family car at the front of the museum. There are also tributes to the Mater tow truck and Doc Hudson Racing Hornet from the animated movie Cars, The James Bond Flying AMC Matador Car and Tasmanian Devil Car. Wild masterpieces from beyond the realm of Hollywood and our imaginations include a bunk bed hotrod, the Red Baron, a piano car, surf-buggie car, and the 40 foot pink hot tub limo. The collection features some of the most recognizable and unique cars used in the entertainment industry such as Tim Burton’s Batman Returns, Knight Rider, Back to the Future Delorean Time Machine, and the Robocop Police car. The Hollywood Cars Museum & Liberace Garage is totally family-friendly, close to the Strip by the new Raiders Football Stadium. Free Parking and best of all Kids are Free with a Paid Adult.
