OLD BRUNSWICK CAMP CONTINUES COLLECTING!
Beginning this Thursday The Old Brunswick Camp will continue having the South Brunswick Community House open from 4:30 to 7:00PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays for anyone wishing to drop off donations for the hurricane victims in Virginia & North Carolina. We are also accepting monetary donations. Please make checks payable to "Old Brunswick Camp" and write Hurricane Relief in the memo section of the check. They can be mailed to Tracy Clary, 1019 Matthews Chapel Rd, Lawrenceville, VA 23868. Questions? Call Tracy Clary at 434-774-4341.
**Non-perishable food items and cleaning supplies are still at the top of their wish list!

HELP - DONATIONS REQUESTED
We all know of the disaster that has occurred in southwest Virginia and North Carolina from Hurricane Helene. The Old Brunswick Camp is organizing a trip out to the devastated areas to carry a trailer load of the usual necessities/supplies next week, (week of October 7th), We are asking that everyone who can bring such needed items to the South Brunswick Community center at 7283 Dry Bread Rd, Lawrenceville, VA. We will have someone there to accept donations on Tuesday & Wednesday of THIS WEEK from 4:30 to 7:30PM. If that time doesn't work for someone, please call Tracy Clary at 434-774-4341 to arrange a time. Please plan to have your donations there no later than Sunday evening, October 6th.
Items in demand are; Tarps, Mud Boots, Cleaning supplies, Bottled water, toilet paper, paper towels, clothes, Non perishable food items, diapers, wet wipes .... this list could go on and on. Lots of these items can be found in the Dollar Stores very inexpensively.
** Consider this... A storm came by your house and when it left, YOU WERE LEFT WITH NOTHING!!!!! Let us be a community of giving and helping our neighbors in need!!!

STEW & BUTTS... Yes its that time of the year again!
The Old Brunswick Camp will be cooking Stew & Boston Butts on Saturday, October 19th, 2024 at Tracy Clary's home/shop located at 1019 Matthews Chapel Road, Lawrenceville, VA. Everything will be ready for pickup at 11AM. Stew will still be $10 per quart and the Butts are $35 each. To place an order you can reply to this post, or you can call or text me at 434-774-4341. Please order early as we expect a lot of orders and there is a limit as to how much we can cook. As always, we THANK YOU ALL for your continued loyal support!!!

BRUNSWICK STEW - LAST STEW UNTIL OCTOBER!
The Old Brunswick Camp 512 will be cooking Brunswick Stew as a fundraiser on Saturday, March 23rd, 2024 at Tracy Clary's home/shop at 1019 Matthews Chapel Rd, Lawrenceville. Stew will be $10 per quart and ready for pickup at 11AM that Saturday morning, March 23rd. To order, simply respond to this post, or text Tracy Clary at 434-774-4341. You're looking at Saturn (rings and all) seen in the southern sky over Rochester tonight. While Saturn is easily visible to the naked eye, the rings are not. A 400mm lens with 2x teleconverter was able to bring Saturn's rings into focus.
