This re-created historic village consists of original and replicated buildings, some using original materials from structures originating in the many small rural communities throughout Wilson County, Tennessee. The village houses historical structures, and many of the buildings display collections significant to our Wilson County history.

Thanks to Forrest Sanders for shining a light on the Fiddlers Grove Woodcarvers. The amount of talent in that one building is incredible. It’s wonderful to see their work recognized and appreciated. They don’t just meet to carve—they’re fully involved in our Pioneer Tours here in the Grove. With over 5,000 children visiting throughout the year, we’re proud of all the artisans in Fiddlers Grove for keeping our heritage crafts and demonstrations alive and thriving. Our touring season is closely coming to an end on Oct. 31, 2026. Book your tours to meet these wonderful artisans. Give us a call at 615-547-6111.
