I 💕LOVE💕 how these photos with the Deciduous Divas turned out!! I thrifted matching outfits for each painting and wanted to do pics at each Lewisville Parks & Recreation tree's location. Indigo Bird Photography brought my vision to life!

New art piece on display at Lewisville Grand Theater "A Slice of Love," for the Food Fight exhibit via Visual Art League of Lewisville This was just plain silly fun... I've always liked cartoon pizza, maybe because of growing up a Ninja Turtles fan.
Also, as an avid gardener and native plant enthusiast, I love their new landscaping! A Texas sedge lawn was a great choice.. I love their texture and funky seed heads. And they're very tough plants, probably overlooked as a 'w**d' in your own yard! 💚
Visit the Grand.. it's an amazing "third place" where you can relax and browse artwork for free, in addition to all the activities and shows available.

I just got Sergiu Ciochina's new book in the mail! He's a painter I saw years ago on Instagram. I bought one of his beautiful oil paintings of a house back then. He has since moved to Paris, paintings just getting more and more incredible, and now has had this book published. It's really wild leafing though it, like I'm reading a book about Monet or Van Gogh or someone, but Sergiu is a young artist painting today! He's only 25 years old! I'm excited to see how his work continues to evolve.

Acrylic paint tip: if you use a piece of glossy cereal box as a palette, you can peel the old rubbery paint off later which is an ASMR wonderland 😍

(Side note: the Facebook Lite app is trash.. it keeps posting my photos without the words, and I have to delete and repost/retype and then it works the second time.)
