We have crystals, gems, minerals, fossils, jewelry, incense, herbs, spices, and teas Ricky Taylor has been fascinated with rocks since a young lad…
He was born and raised Lexington, South Carolina where he started his business at the Barnyard Flea Market in 2004. And, where he hopes to r
etire and not move anymore…
Mr. Ricky says his casual, personality and ability to work with the public comes from the years he spent working with his Grandmother at her country store in Saluda. While Ricky offers an abundant variety of metaphysical rocks and stones, he says first he is a Christian, and has spent time teaching rock classes at his local church… and doesn’t believe in magic powers nor use any metaphysical practices. With the largest variety of stones I’ve EVER seen, his store feels more like a museum than a store, and he shares his knowledge of stones with the public by offering education about nearly every single item! It’s amazing that he knows so much about every stone, and he is personally connected with each one during the tumbling and polishing process. He is well respected man in the community and honors collaboration and, team work. He’s a wonder to work with, and for and he is a true model for responsible capitalism. He humbly says he’s just common folk.
