Friends of the Livingston Public Library The Friends of the Library, a 501C(3) non-profit organization, raises money for the Livingston town library.

Friends of the Livingston Library is continuing its Heritage Celebration Sales in May by honoring Jewish American Heritage Month. The sale runs from May 5 to May 19 and features a curated selection of books. Patrons can browse a special table set up near the Friends Book Store. Prices are the same as the everyday low prices at the Store. The Sale, like the Friends Book Store, is run on the honor system with patrons paying at the Friends Book Store Cash Box using cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal. It is open anytime the Library is open.

Friends of the Livingston Library is continuing its Heritage Celebration Sales in March by honoring Women’s History Month. The sale runs through March 31 and features a curated set of books by and about notable women. Patrons can browse a special table set up near the Friends Book Store. Prices are the same as the everyday low prices at the Store. The Women’s History table will not be available on March 13 and 14. The Sale, like the Friends Book Store, is run on the honor system with patrons paying at the Friends Book Store Cash Box using cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal. It is open anytime the Library is open.

Friends is pleased to announce a new book sale initiative—Heritage Celebration Sales.

Our Library has long recognized and marked the diverse cultures and interests of the community during monthly Cultural/Heritage months. Friends is now joining that effort selectively with its Heritage Celebration Sales which will offer curated books for a period of time. The Sales are planned to begin in February with Black History Month and resume in March with Women’s History Month.

Special tables located near the Friends Book Store’s will offer these books at the Friends’ everyday low prices. The Black History Celebration Sale will run from Wednesday, February 18 through Wednesday, February 25.
