The main floor of the warehouse features private workspaces and extra storage, a communal kitchen, bar, laundry room, woodshop, and center event space with a projection screen and sound system.
This is a communal living environment and you'll need to meet with current housemates for compatibility. Should be an artist, maker, burner, or builder.
Total move-in cost: $2700 deposit + $1360 first month's rent = $4,050.
