A-B Projects

A-B Projects A-B Projects exhibits work that subverts traditional notions of ceramics and recontextualizes the field’s role in contemporary art.

A-B Projects is Nicole Seisler's experimental space dedicated to the exhibition of work that subverts traditional notions of ceramics and recontextualizes the field’s role in contemporary art. Exhibitions at A-B Projects rotate approximately once per month and open on Tuesday evenings. The space is open Monday-Friday, from 9-5. All exhibiting artists give lectures on their work at the affiliated S

cripps College. Nicole Seisler is the Lincoln Visiting Professor of Ceramics at Scripps College in Claremont, CA from 2015 through 2018. Seisler bridges two institutions by teaching undergraduate ceramics courses at Scripps College and working closely with graduate students at Claremont Graduate University. She created A-B Projects as a platform to extend this connection to the general public and to expand the perception and role of ceramics in contemporary art. A-B Projects will operate out of its current location in Claremont for the duration of Seisler’s tenure there.
