We’re excited to present two NEW teen camps in July! We’re offering a Printmaking Workshop with Erica Lewis on Tuesday, July 14th - Thursday, July 16th, where teens age will learn different printmaking processes with upcycled objects.

Our Spin & Sculpt Ceramic Camp, happening Tuesday, July 28th -Thursday, July 30th, will introduce teens to handbuilding with clay and throwing on a potter’s wheel. Both camps are for young artists age 11-15.

The KMAC Shop presents the second bi-annual Girl Crush!
During our opening reception on Thursday, July 30th from 5-8pm, guests will be the first to view and purchase art from over 70 local female artists. Proceeds will go to the artists and to KMAC Contemporary Art Museum. Come celebrate our region's unique artistic community!

Join us for free monthly meditation sessions this summer at KMAC Contemporary Art Museum. Our next session will take place on Monday, June 15th from 12:30 - 1:30pm.

Sessions will be led by the Passionist Earth and Spirit Center and take place among "The Visionary Art of Minnie Evans" exhibition on the third floor.

Join us next Saturday, May 30th at 5:30pm for the KMAC Poetry Slam! The Slam is a competition amongst local poets and juried by audience members. Prizes are awarded to the top three poets. Admission to this event is free, and there is a $10 fee for those interested in competing. The KMAC Poetry Slam is presented in partnership with Lance Newman and Young Poets of Louisville.

There just a few tickets left for Art Heist: An Interactive Mystery! Join us on Friday, May 15th OR Saturday, May 16th, 6-9pm.

You are attending a gallery talk by the California-based ecological artist Sorrel. When her latest piece goes missing, five guests' whereabouts cannot be identified. Who among them would go so far as to steal the artwork? Ask questions, search for clues, and maybe YOU can solve the mystery!
